Is it just me or is this what happens when you work out?  I'm always hungry and my scale is starting to show it.  The more I work out, the more I want to eat.  It's crazy.

Today's Wii Fit activity:

Super Hula-3 minutes
Yoga- 5 minutes
Run- 30 minutes

I'm full of energy and ready to tackle the mountain of laundry that has built up in my bathroom :/
