Wednesday Workout

I rested my ankle all day yesterday, and I'm happy to say that I was able to workout today!  WOOOHOO!  It's a little sore today, BUT nothing like yesterday or the day before, so I'll take it.

Wii stats:

Free Run- 30 minutes
Free Step- 10 minutes, 988 steps
50 crunches with 5lb ball
